Most Lotte garments are made to order & will ship within 4 weeks. Ready made garments are indicated in each listing by size will & ship within 5 days of order. Special pre-orders ship within 2 months. Domestic shipping is free for all orders exceeding $100.
All US orders are shipped via USPS flat rate priority mail. Shipping times may vary.
International shipping is only available by special arrangement prior to purchase.
Lotte is not responsible for parcels lost owing to the buyer submitting an incorrect address.
RETURNS
All sales are final & refunds will not be issued. Because most garments are made to order & our materials are in short supply, exchanges are not guaranteed for sizing errors. Store credit will be issued on returns made within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the garment returns free of any damage or signs of wear. Please email charlotte@lottehandmade.com for authorization of any returns of exchanges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
